We participate in the resolution of business issues via our active representation of clients in court or arbitration. Our litigation and arbitration experience and emphasis is focused on transaction-related issues regarding business restructuring, debt arrangements, complex equity investments, breaches of contract and securities matters.
Martin Davis also handles a variety of administrative matters at the pre-violation phase where we seek to secure a resolution privately or in an administrative hearing. Finally, we represent parties that are in disputes with local, state or federal government agencies. We focus on compliance, licensing, financial and transaction-related issues. We are equally capable and comfortable in both the judicial and administrative arena.
