Biography
Ben York is an associate attorney at Martin Davis PLLC. He focuses his practice on business and corporate matters and is experienced in complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and business litigation. Ben has represented numerous companies ranging in size from small businesses to large corporations. He provides counsel and advice to clients on general contract matters, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, licensing issues, startup and small business concerns, navigating heavily regulated industries, corporate issues, and questions of law regarding both State and Federal jurisdictions. At Martin Davis, Ben is quickly becoming a leader in the cannabis and cryptocurrency industries.
Prior to joining Martin Davis, Ben was an attorney at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Ltd., Stoel Rives, LLP, and T-Mobile. He graduated from Bowdoin College in 2009 and Seattle University School of Law in 2013.
Ben is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending his weekends in the mountains skiing and mountaineering. Born and raised in Seattle, Ben loves the region and continues to support the Pacific Northwest though his work and love for the environment.
