Afsaneh is an Associate Attorney at Martin Davis PLLC. She was admitted into the Washington State Bar Association in January 2021. She received her Bachelor’s in Law from Shahid Beheshti University, one of the most prestigious universities in Iran. In 2018 Afsaneh migrated to the U.S., where she began studying LL.M. Global Business Law. Studying in a country with a civil law system and having to transition to a common law system in the U.S., Afsaneh has a very unique understanding and viewpoint on both legal systems.
While preparing for the bar exam, Afsaneh volunteered for non-profit organizations, such as the Moderate Means Program and the Housing Justice Project. After she received her license in January 2021, she worked as a Review Attorney at Perkins-Coie for a few months, before joining Martin Davis in April 2021. She is now practicing business law, her lifelong interest, and wishes to further grow in this area by focusing her practice on corporate law and securities.
In her free time, Afsaneh enjoys playing outdoor Volleyball with a group of friends and hiking in the PNW nature on weekends. In the winter, she loves to snowboard in the nearby mountains.
